Any charge is refundable within 14 days of that charge — no questions asked. That covers the $1 access fee, any subscription renewal, and the Puppy SOS Pack.
Email support@parent.dog from the address you used at checkout, and we'll refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 2 business days; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.
A refund is separate from cancellation: cancelling stops future charges (one tap inside the program), a refund returns a charge already made. You can do either or both. Days of the plan you've already opened stay yours either way.
