parent.dog and the “First 30 Days” program are operated by AppVisia Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17211529), registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact: support@parent.dog.

First 30 Days is a web-based daily training program for new puppy owners, personalized from your quiz answers: a dated day-by-day plan, an evening schedule, a printable house-rules sheet and supporting guides. It is delivered on this website; no app installation is required.

Your purchase starts with a one-time $1 access fee covering your first 3 days. Unless you cancel within those 3 days, your chosen subscription begins automatically: $6.99 per week, $19.99 per month, or $29.99 every 3 months at the quiz price (standard prices: $9.99, $29.99 and $49.99 respectively — whichever was shown to you at checkout applies). The subscription renews at the same price and interval until cancelled. The exact amount and renewal date are always shown on the payment page before you pay. The Puppy SOS Pack is an optional one-time purchase of $19 and is not part of the subscription. All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

You can cancel online at any time from the “Manage or cancel the subscription” link inside the program — no calls, no emails required. Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the paid period. Every day of the plan that has already unlocked stays available to you after cancellation.

Any charge is refundable within 14 days of that charge, no questions asked — email support@parent.dog from the address you used at checkout. See the refund policy for details.

The program provides general, reward-based puppy training guidance built on published positions of veterinary and behaviour organizations. It is educational content, not veterinary or behavioural treatment, and no specific result is guaranteed — every puppy is different. If your puppy shows stiffness, hard staring, growling outside play, bites that break skin, or any sudden change in behaviour, stop training and consult a veterinarian or a qualified reward-based professional. Never leave a puppy and a young child together unsupervised.

The plan, texts and materials are ours and licensed to you for personal use with your puppy. Don't resell or republish them.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
